Drew this while I was watching how they made mass effect 3, so being inspired by an alien game I decided to draw a random alien and do a step by step, which i haven't done before but I think this has worked out pretty well.

For this weeks Illustration Friday topic I've decided to dedicate it to my childhood favourite cartoon: Digimon.
These creatures evolved all the time when they faced a stronger enemy, and because the topic was bounce I ended up going for the baby stage of the digimon's, because all they ever use to do was bounce around, and cause hassle lol
Recently I've been pretty busy with a commission, so my dragons and other weird creatures have been halted to a stand still, but while i was doodling on a lovely british summers day (yes it was p%$@ing it down) I ended up designing this peculiar beast and decided to add it to my "Rembrandt's curious creatures adventures" (this is a little summer project of mine, where i hope when i have enough pictures to publish into a book to sell, but thats not the priority atm)
Anyway I decided to name this creature "The Sabre Mole Lizard"
enjoy everyone :)

Recently I've been asked to do a commission for a family friend, not going to spill out any details yet, but I'm dead thankful for this commission as its given me a fresh new challenge, and given me some much needed practice before i go back to university (dont start til end of september but from the 23rd of this month I'll be going to reading festival, and then a week later going to portugal for 10 days)
To be honest I've always specialised in Fine art, i've got plenty of diplomas in that study, but over the past two years I've started to strengthen upon my illustration skills, where I've been heavily Influenced by Cartoon-ising (as you'll see in amongst most of my posts, esp my dragons)
